| Als wir uns nach langen Diskussionen dazu durchgerungen hatten, unser Haus in Umbrien zu verkaufen, haben wir mehrere Agenturen eingeschaltet. Der Unterschied zwischen Jaklin & Riegelmann und allen anderen Agenturen war schon bei der Besichtigung offenkundig. Michael Jaklin war mehrere Stunden im Haus und um das Haus herum, um wirklich Kenntnisse zu erwerben und gute Photos zu machen. Nach wenigen Wochen bereits brachten sie einen Interessenten, der wirklich gerade dieses Haus suchte - und kaufte. |

| We met Michael Jaklin through a recommendation of Dutch friends of ours, who purchased a house via Jaklin & Riegelmann in Tuscany. When we told him our dreams and wishes of a house in Italy, he was able to translate these facts via his database into a house, which met exactly our demands. During the process of negotiations, requirements etc. he was always available for advice and support and gave us a clear view of the sometimes complex laws and requirements in Italy. | Our experience in buying a second home in Tuscany was very smooth and pleasurable, thanks to the great service and professionalism of Jaklin & Riegelmann Immobiliare. We had searched the Internet for two months, before we came across a house that interested us on the Jaklin & Riegelmann website. From our first to last emails with Michael Jaklin, all their responses were prompt and informative. They answered all of our questions, and responded without hesitation to all of our requests for photos and detailed information regarding the property. They explained the entire process of purchasing and owning property in Italy, and spent the extra time in making us feel comfortable about the transaction. | Als wir uns vor einigen Jahren entschieden, ein Haus in Italien kaufen zu wollen, hatten wir nur wenig Ahnung, wie schwer sich die Suche erweisen würde. Obwohl unsere Vorstellungen klar waren, haben wir uns mit vielen Maklern unzählige Häuser ansehen müssen, die für uns eigentlich überhaupt nicht in Frage kamen. Zwar haben einige Makler eine Webseite, die wenigsten jedoch stellen darauf deutliche und umfassende Informationen zur Verfügung. Auch nahmen sich die meisten Makler selten die Mühe, wirklich zu verstehen, was wir suchten, mit der Folge, dass uns immer wieder Häuser gezeigt wurden, die unseren Ansprüchen überhaupt nicht entsprachen. Zwar haben wir es jedes Mal genossen nach Italien zu kommen um zu suchen, aber nach drei Jahren waren wir frustriert und hatten fast die Hoffnung aufgegeben. Bis wir in unserer Suche zufällig auf die Webseite von Jaklin & Riegelmann stießen und uns sofort die saubere und umfassende Darstellung der Objekte auffiel. Plötzlich war es einfach, die interessanten Objekte zu selektieren. Außerdem hat Herr Jaklin gezeigt, hervorragend zuhören zu können und sich in nur wenigen Gesprächen ein klares Bild über unsere Vorstellungen zu machen. Daraufhin haben wir nur noch Objekte gesehen, die grundsätzlich geeignet waren und für uns in Frage kamen. In relativ kurzer Zeit hat Jaklin & Riegelmann für uns genau das richtige "Traumhaus" gefunden. Auch die Unterstützung beim Kauf war schnell und professionell. Großes Kompliment! |

| We are very pleased with the services offered by Jaklin & Riegelmann Immobiliare. They were very professional and very helpful to us in our search for a second home in Tuscany. Before we even arrived in Italy, Jaklin & Riegelmann invested a great deal of time answering our emails, and forwarding photos and information. While initial emails to other realtors in the region went unanswered for days, or even weeks, Jaklin & Riegelmann were always in touch, and willing to put in the extra effort. They were always extremely prompt and complete with their information. Once we arrived in Tuscany, they spent a great deal of time with us showing us the various homes for sale and detailing the various towns the homes were in. Their advice is very accurate and helpful and certainly helped us from the United States feel comfortable in purchasing another home in a foreign country. We could never have bought our home without their helpful guidance and assistance! |
