The winery's manor was built in a typical L-shape in the middle of the 19th century and comprises a spacious living area with loggia, offices, winemaking facilities, a beautiful Barrique- and Tonneau cellar as well as air-conditioned storage rooms and garages below the property’s courtyard. The living area stretches on the manor's ground and first floor. The ground floor offers a large living room with access to the loggia and garden, dining room, kitchen with access to the garden, billiard room, tasting room and WC. The first floor is accessible via two stairs and consists of a large and bright living room with open fireplace, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. An annexe to restore (approx. 180 m²) is located on its own hill approx. 500 m from the winery's manor and offers beautiful panoramic views across the estate's vineyards until the Monte Rosa Massif of the Pennine Alps. The winery's vineyards are located in four famous districts, of which the main vineyards are grouped around the manor and the annexe to restore (approx. 20 ha, of which are approx. 7.5 ha Barbera d'Asti DOCG, approx. 2.5 ha Grignolino d'Asti DOC, approx. 2 ha Piemonte DOC (Chardonnay), approx. 6 ha Monferrato DOC (Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Nero), approx. 0.6 ha Monferrato DOC (Sauvignon Blanc) and approx. 1.4 ha Freisa d'Asti DOC). These vineyards have gradually been planted in optimal orientation from 2001 onwards. Further, approx. 6 ha detached vineyards belong to the property for sale (approx. 1.5 ha Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG (sub-zone Nizza), approx. 4.2 ha Moscato d'Asti DOCG and approx. 0.28 ha Dolcetto d'Alba DOC). An additional hectare was planted with Chardonnay and Sauvignon vines, which will produce from 2013 onwards. Additional five hectares can be planted. The winery's current production amounts to approx. 100,000 bottles per year with a capacity of approx. 250,000 bottles per year.
