The property is situated in the beautiful Tuscan hills and comprises a country house, which is surrounded by approx. 15 ha of land (approx. 3 ha vineyards, olive trees and meadows), a historic wine cellar in a hamlet close by and a restored apartment above the wine cellar. The country house has two floors (approx. 100 m² each floor) and is in need of refurbishment (currently with no central heating installed). It was built in the typical Tuscan way with open fireplaces in kitchen and living room and stone ceilings on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room are situated on the ground floor, divided by a staircase leading to the first floor. One bathroom and five bedrooms are available on the first floor, one of which combines a bedroom with its own living room. Visible wooden beams add charm to the rooms.
