The second apartment is composed of a spacious living/dining room with wood burning stove and fully fitted kitchen with access to the terrace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
The drying tower is still unrestored.

The Mediterranean garden around the house with olive grove, pool (12 x 6 m) and sun terrace is fenced.
