The land is accessed through a large old iron gate which can be electrified and, in the Tuscan tradition, opens into a picturesque cypress lined lane which leads to the entrance of the main villa, which, however, is not visible from the gate. - about 5,000 young olive trees (planted to sell or to create a large olive grove of their own),
- about 400 mixed fruit trees,
