During the renovation the roof has been completely redone, and all windows and doors, wiring, heating and plumbing, plaster, screed and insulation has been replaced.
The new floors are of handmade terracotta and are in line with the historic building, whereas the bathroom was designed as a modern contrast. The clever architectural design leads a lot of light into the rooms.

The day area with kitchen and living room with thermo-fireplace was moved to the top floor and connected with the roof terrace (about 12 m²) by a large window. The roof terrace not only offers enough space for a table for 6, but also a beautiful panoramic view over the village rooftops and the picturesque Tiber Valley.
The first floor offers a bedroom, a sitting room and a bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a guest apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage room, which could be separated from the rest of the house.
