Michael Jaklin

Michael has been working as a real estate broker in Italy since 1995. Beforehand, he has gained extensive experience in engineering with an emphasis on construction, research and development and marketing with an international focus in Germany, Austria and Italy. Now, Michael is managing shareholder of Jaklin Riegelmann & Casambiente and specialises in restoration of rural properties, project development and advisory services regarding the purchase and sale of country estates and wineries. Michael speaks German, English and Italian.

Jan Niklas Riegelmann, LL.M.

Jan is an economist, holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and has extensive knowledge of banking, finance, economic and commercial law. He also holds an interdisciplinary Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Law and has more than 20 years of experience and in-depth advisory skills. Jan is a managing shareholder of Jaklin Riegelmann & Casambiente and specialises in the economic, legal and tax aspects of asset and share deals. Jan speaks English, German and Italian.

Johannes Hermel

Johannes has been working as a real estate broker since 1996. As founder and co-owner of Casambiente, he has gained a wealth of experience with international clients. As a managing shareholder of Jaklin Riegelmann & Casambiente, he is always on the lookout for special properties and it gives him great pleasure to be able to present these selected gems to our clients. Johannes has been managing countless restoration and renovation projects with passion and a fine understanding for architecture. Since 2005 he has also dedicated himself to the development and construction management of low-energy and passive houses. Johannes speaks German, English, Italian and French.

Martine Lietaer

Martine has been looking after Casambiente's clients and business partners since 2003 and, as office manager at Jaklin Riegelmann & Casambiente, is the first point of contact for many. She is an asset to our clients and the Jaklin Riegelmann & Casambiente team not only because of her extensive expertise and many years of professional experience in Italy and previously in Belgium, but also because of her multilingualism. Martine speaks Dutch, English, Italian, German and French.
