Each tree produces around 25-30 kg of the finest apples.

Notes on the purchase:
1) The cultivation of the apple orchard and the marketing of the fruit may only be carried out by an agricultural business, i.e. the BUYER or operator MUST BE AN ITALIAN FARMER.
2) If purchased as a private individual, i.e. without marketing the fruit, the apple trees may have to be removed at the buyer's expense. To avoid any misunderstandings, it should be emphasised that work such as pruning, grass cutting, harvesting and treatments are not at the expense of the seller, nor is the marketing of the apples.
It is the ideal (holiday) home for nature lovers and families with children who need plenty of space and want to be undisturbed, with no houses or car traffic nearby.
