The ensemble of buildings consists of a large, plastered house, a detached natural stone house, an attractive new building, another pretty little natural stone house and a large, also restored, natural stone house that can be used for meetings, courses or other events.

The buildings in detail: The large plastered house, more than hundred years old, is perhaps best suited as the owners' house. It has been completely restored and offers on two floors approx. 140 m² living space and 70 m² usable area. It consists of a large kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cellar and garage as well as a bread oven and an outdoor barbecue. There is central heating with an integrated system of gas, wood and solar panels.

The slightly distant natural stone house is also completely restored and consists of two apartments and an extra bedroom with bathroom. Each of the two apartments has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. The living area is about 140 m² (60+60+20), the heating is provided by central heating with gas burner.

The white coloured, attractive new building offers on the first floor an apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and a double bedroom with bathroom. The building is insulated with natural cork and equipped with underfloor heating based on an integrated system of liquid gas, wood and solar panels. The ground floor houses the office, a laundry room, a storage room and the boiler room. Both the living space and the usable area are about 70 m² each and can each be reached via separate entrances on different sides of the house.

The small, also completely restored, natural stone building was formerly used for drying chestnuts. It is about 30 m², has a veranda and is used today as showroom, sales point and reception.

The large natural stone building has also been completely renovated and provides on the upper floor a large room with very beautiful natural stone walls and open kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna. It is used for meetings, courses, fitness, breakfast etc.
The ground floor has just been completed and has a fruit processing facility, storage room, changing room and bathroom.
Both the ground floor and the upper floor offer approx. 120 m², the upper floor consists of approx. 100 m² living space and 20 m² terrace.

The swimming pool close to the ensemble measures 12 x 6 m and is equipped with a sea salt system and cleaning robot.

The riding ground is illuminated and has an irrigation system.

The surrounding land consists of 13.7 ha with approx. 1.5 ha orchard with more than 500 fruit trees, 1 ha IGP spelt, 7 ha forest, 3 ha pastures, 0.2 ha vegetables, 1 ha riding ground and parking spaces.

The processing of the farm's own fruit (mainly apples) consists of three rooms, dedicated to processing, packaging and storage, equipped with devices for cold drying, quick freezing, refrigerator, cutting machine, vacuum machine, precision scales, tables with base units, open tables, washing tanks and hand basins, all in professional stainless steel quality. The rooms are heated by a panel heating system.

The two photovoltaic units have an output of 10.2 kW and 5.5 kW with state financing until 2027 and 2031 respectively.
