The farmland is 209 ha (516 acres), of which are 33 ha (81 acres) vineyards as follows:
- 23 ha (57 acres) Chardonnay DOC;
- 5 ha (12 acres) Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG;
- 5 ha (12 acres) Pinot Grigio DOC.

With 5 ha olive groves and 162 ha woodland.

The property is NOT a winery, the entire vineyards are leased annually, i.e. the farm currently does not produce its own wines.
There is the possibility to develop the farm buildings building a cantina and to create own labels.

The estate's buildings are divided into a fattoria with Villa Padronale and outbuildings as well as two large farmhouses, which are to be fully restored.

Part of the property are the historical ruins of an ancient castle dating back to the 11th century.
